The final scene between Ennis and Jack when they are at the camp.I can't even begin to put into words how complex that emotion is. The film uses the story of two men to make this point, but it is relevant for any type of relationship, whether it is with parents, siblings, spouses, or friends. I can't think of any other movie that gives such a strong sense of regret over what could have been. ![]() What this film does so well is convey a sense of time and loss.
